Ford Motor Company and its Malaysian distribution partner, Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC) has officially opened its new showroom and service centre in Petaling Jaya. The centre, the Sime Darby Auto Connexion, Petaling Jaya 2 is strategically located at Lot 3, Jalan 51A/219, 46100 Petaling Jaya. It is actually just off Federal Highway and is on the opposite side of the current SDAC PJ dealership.

The new centre is part of Ford and SDAC’s two-year RM140 million network expansion and customer service enhancement plan. Ford Malaysia is basically making it easier for customers to interact with them by opening dealerships and expanding existing dealerships so they incorporate sales, service and spare parts under one roof.
The 99,400 square foot facility is equipped with a large showroom compared to the older one opposite it. It also has 22 service bays, the latest Ford diagnostic tools, and is staffed by Ford-certified technicians. All Ford dealership employees, including technicians, sales and service staff, have received Ford’s globally recognised training to develop their expertise and serve customer needs. And whilst waiting for their cars to be serviced, customers can relax in the dedicated customer service lounge and enjoy free Wi-Fi, hot beverages and snacks.
The Showroom is open from 8:30am-6pm from Monday to Saturday, and from 10:00am-6:00pm on Sunday & Public Holidays, while Service Centre opening hours are 8:00am-5:00pm from Monday to Friday, and 8:30am to 12:30pm on Saturday.

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, 19 Nov. 2015 – Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC), Ford Motor Company’s distribution partner in Malaysia, today announced the opening of its new state-of-the-art showroom and service centre – Sime Darby Auto Connexion, Petaling Jaya 2 (SDAC PJ2). With 22 service bays, PJ2 is Ford’s 48th and largest showroom and service centre in Malaysia.

For the convenience of customers and staff, the facility also offers a prayer room for Muslims.
